Noel Anderson opened the scoring for the Bannsiders after just four minutes when darted in behind a visiting defender to convert a Stephen Carson cross.

And from that bright start Coleraine went onto create a host of further chances but they had to wait until the 60th minute to double their advantage through Gordon Patton who knocked home the rebound after his initial effort had been cleared.

It was 3-0 barely four minutes later when Tommy McCallion fed Davy Patton to fire past Gavin Cushley.
