Lisburn Distillery 1-2 Glentoran
CIS Insurance Cup - Saturday, 18th August, 2007
GARY Hamilton bagged another two goals as Glentoran cemented their position at the head of Group B with this defeat of Lisburn Distillery.

The Glens moved in front on 22 minutes when a Colin Nixon cross from the right was dummied by David Scullion into the path of Hamilton who duly finished comfortably.

The Whites dragged themselves back into the game three minutes from the break when an Andrew Waterworth shot was blocked by Michael Dougherty before falling for the grateful Dean Youle to knock home.

However Hamilton restored Glentoran's advantage four minutes from the hour with a header from a Kyle Neill corner.

They held on to record a second victory of the series despite a late Waterworth header which 'keeper Michael Dougherty did well to tip over.
