Institute 1-1 Armagh City
Carnegie Premier League - Saturday, 15th December, 2007
INSTITUTE'S poor finishing cost them the chance to pick up their first win in over a month with this draw at home to Armagh City.

They opened the scoring after 11 minutes Martin Cutmore crossed from the left for Ryan McCreadie to knock the ball on for Ryan Semple who beat Stuart Addis at the far post.

City levelled on 29 minutes, however, through a Liam Cullen back post header from a Sean Cleary cross.

'Stute might have regained the advantage on 52 minutes had Mark Scoltock been able to keep his header from a Cutmore free-kick on target while, on 71 minutes, McCreadie fired well wide with only Addis to beat.

And they had a further chance to claim the points right at the end when Addis produced an outstanding fingertip save to deny Cutmore after a Terry Fitzpatrick defensive blunder while Cutmore's resultant corner bypassed everyone to strike the inside of the post before bouncing to safety.
