INSTITUTE carried on as they left off against Ballyclare Comrades at the Riverside Stadium.

Liam Beckett's side stormed back from two goals down at Dixon Park on Saturday to earn a second bite of the cherry but goals from Declan Divin and John O'Loughlin ensured there were no such anxieties this time around.

Divin opened the scoring on 28 minutes with a volley from an Andy Crawford cross and although Jamesie Kirk's Comrades threatened to draw level when Kyle Agnew struck the woodwork their challenge was eventually snuffed out with 16 minutes left when a John O'Loughlin header took a deflection off Paul Caldwell on its way past 'keeper Ian Mannus.

'Stute entertain North-West rivals Coleraine in the March 1st quarter-finals.
