NEWRY City's run without a home win stretched to two months with this reversal to Dungannon Swifts at The Showgrounds.

And this despite moving into an early lead through Raymond Fitzpatrick after 17 minutes when powered a header past Swifts keeper Dwayne Nelson.

It was an advantage they held until the 74th minute when the unfortunate Paddy McLaughlin turned the ball his own keeper whilst attempting to clear a Shane McCabe cross from the right.

However the points looked to be Newry's just eight minutes later when they regained the upper hand via an Andy Crawford spot-kick awarded for a Ryan McCluskey foul on Richard Clarke.

Dungannon refused to surrender, though, and duly equalised again just two minutes after that when David Scullion flicked home a Mark McAllister cross before snatching the points in the final minute when Everaldo was on hand to slot home a Scullion effort that came back off the crossbar.
